강림절 달력 Advent Calendar

Counting in Korean has been one of my main focuses lately. My little guy is no where near reading Korean, yet. But, he can’t get enough paper to color on. (In fact, he recently resorted to our window shades, to my horror.) So, I thought this jumbo-sized coloring page would be a great surprise for him. And, a help to me.

I have really fond childhood memories of running to rip open the latest door on our Advent Calendar. The waxy flavorless chocolate inside somehow tasted amazing. ? I wanted to make my own version of the fun activity. I thought I’d incorporate Korean counting and reading as a bonus for all the early learners out there.

Recently, I had to purchase a pack of tabloid paper (11×17″) so I thought I would take advantage of it and make this latest freebie for the larger format. If you’re not like me and don’t happen to have hundreds of different paper laying around, you can just scale to fit when you print it on letter-sized paper. If you’re feeling slightly crafty, you can print the two separate files I created and tape them together. Easy!

I’m hoping this activity page brings some peace and joy to your days leading up to Christmas (that is, if you celebrate.) Thank you for reading! – Katie
